About
Our Maker
Caroline Nurse Ford is the maker behind Mother Wasatch. Inspired by the beauty and strength of Utah’s Wasatch Mountains, where she raises her family, Caroline creates heirloom baby blankets designed to hold meaning, memory, and love. Blending her passion for artisanal textiles with a deep appreciation for family heritage, each blanket is crafted with care and intention—because what we wrap our babies in should be just as meaningful as the moments we share with them.
Organic Cotton
We knit each blanket from soft, virgin GOTS-certified organic cotton—free from harmful chemicals—because caring for our Earth is caring for our children. Using a traditional ring-spinning process, we create lasting strength and softness in every piece. The result is a timeless keepsake, crafted to be treasured for years to come.
Heritage American Craftsmanship
Each blanket is brought to life by our heritage American mill in the USA, where textile-making is a generational craft and skilled hands and legacy machines bring our vision to life. The result is a piece made to last—crafted with care, tradition, and intention.
